Smart Start Puppies - Dog Training

*RIP OFF* I spent almost 4K for my puppy chihuahua to be trained as a service dog. What a waste ! I definitely have buyer’s remorse. I paid a deposit for a consultation. Which they counted towards a training session. That should’ve been the first red flag, but the guy Daniel was a good salesman. Brianna was my dog trainer she swindle me outta 2 sessions that I’m still owed btw ! We only did one airport training which Brianna told me at our "last session" that if my dog doesn’t pass TSA sit and stay he won’t be considered a service dog by TSA. Why tell me this last session last minute, knowing we only did 1 airport training , only sessions that were a full hour was when we did it at my home/home depot other than that it was outside and extremely hot so we never could finish a full session . Which Brianna would say "oh I’ll just add the 30 mins onto our airport training" that NEVER HAPPENED! I called Brianna several times to follow up with my PSD application she started ignoring my calls that’s when I knew I wanted my time and money ! I called the main number and talked with Daniel he then had Julie follow up with me and she completed my application and the spelling of my baby’s name was wrong . Smh ! So now I’m waiting for Julie to resend my PSD badge with the correct spelling , but it’s been weeks no word or follow up .

My husband and I worked with David who helped us in training our 6-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Luna. We had an amazing experience.
