Worse experience ever, paid 5,000 for my dogs to get trained and have better experience. My dogs don’t listen feels like they were never trained. Would not recommend this place at all the guy David is a liar.

Hi Alexa, Sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with the program—that's not our goal. We completed the program as per our Agreement. At the last class on May 27th, you hugged your trainer and expressed appreciation. Three weeks later and seemingly unprompted, you demanded a full refund. We offered to have the company owner visit to evaluate your dogs’ behavior, but you declined and instead wrote this review. As you saw, your dogs behaved well during the training sessions. Your trouble seems to be after the trainer leaves, which indicates a need for consistent application of the techniques we teach. If you need refresher classes or have specific issues to dial into, please let us know. You have access to all of our resources. If you’d like to try some classes with a different trainer, that’s fine as well. Whatever it is, just let us know, and we’re happy to help.
