I brought my puppy Max to Smash K9 for private on‑ and off‑leash training, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Shawn and Michael were incredible with both Max and me — patient, clear, and genuinely invested in our success. Max made amazing progress, and I learned exactly how to work with him so the training sticks long‑term. They answered all my dog‑mom questions without judgment and always made me feel capable and supported. Max is still convinced every stranger is his best friend and cars are suspicious, but that wasn’t our training focus — and everything we did work on, he absolutely nailed.
