Ronnie and Susanna are the best in the nation with pointing dogs. Bring them a dog with good genetics and they will give you back an accomplished and well trained hunting companion. They charge a bit more than many, but the result is head and shoulders above any other trainers out there. I had my Brittany Penny trained at Ronnies 5 years ago and she came back with all the pointing and backing skills you could want. We went hunting for a year and had great fun. Penny wasn't interested in retrieving reliably, but a second quick trip back to RSK and Suzanna trained that out of her. In short order, Susanna had Penny doing 100% mark, retrieve and bringing the bird back to my hand. My friends all raved about my great hunting dog. Dogs are treated well and trained to their strengths and personality. I went for a weekend seminar in the hopes of training my Penny myself, but after seeing these two masters at work, it was an easy decision to leave my pup in their capable hands. Next dogs that I own, if they have space in their busy program, they will go to RSK, no matter where I am living at the time.
