I cannot say enough great things about Sam! I had reached out as we were getting a new puppy (Cane Corso) & I have 2 pugs. What a combo lol. Anyways, Sam came to my house and helped me with the initial introduction and it was beyond helpful. Now my puppy ish 5 months old, and he went to Home Depot with me to help me with socialization, training in public places etc. I’ll be sending my pug Ivy to a board & train with him to help build her confidence. Sam is a great trainer! He’s very knowledgeable, honest, and I love how he customizes the training based on what is best for you & your dog!

Sam made an incredible difference for our family. Before Cannoli’s one-week board-and-train, I honestly felt defeated because I didn’t know how to help her with her reactivity. Walks were stressful, and it was hard feeling like I couldn’t support her the way she needed. Since coming home, it truly feels like a complete 180. Cannoli is calmer, more confident, and we now have the tools to keep helping her improve. The change has gone beyond walks, too. My bond with Cannoli has grown so much, and even her relationship with our other dog, Beef, has changed for the better. They’re even sharing toys now, which is something we never expected to see so soon. We are so appreciative of the time, patience, and work Sam put into Cannoli. We can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their puppy or dog!

Sam was amazing with our 7 month old puppy cannoli for the one week board and train she has reactivity issues around other dogs and really really struggled I would be in tears every other time we went outside since cannoli has come back home it’s like a complete 180 she still occasionally will do one or 2 barks but almost immediately stops before she would have kept going on for 10 plus minutes and the rest of our walks sam has helped us learn how to help her and we enjoy taking walks now it’s like we have a whole new dog I can’t recommend him enough for your puppy’s or dogs !!!

Sam is amazing. Our puppy Billy had a severe femur injury and had some fear tendencies after his recovery. Sam not only helped Billy, but myself and my boyfriend learn how to train Billy to be neutral around other dogs and humans instead of fearful. He is so knowledgeable, kind and patient with all the questions we had for him. He even took the time to give us homework with specific things to work on with Billy. He also pointed out some things about Billy’s mannerisms that helped us understand him even more. I could not recommend Sam enough for dog/puppy training! He is truly wonderful and has done wonders for our sweet boy! Thank you so much, Sam!

We have an adorable Jack Russell puppy, Buddy, that is smart but stubborn. I quickly realized I needed some help in training. I came across a Facebook mention of Snell’s Innovative Training. Working with Sam is the best decision we could’ve made! We chose the puppy board and train program, and I am blown away by the progress Buddy made in one week at Sam’s. He set a great foundation for manners and obedience. My dog came home understanding the expectations and it has made my maintenance training feel easy! I highly recommend the board and train service!
