We are first time Dog Owners and after 2 years we got a Fantastic Female Golden Doodle in Feb. We love our dog and knowing that we didn't know anything about training or Dogs, we looked for the best trainer that we could possibly get. Surprisingly from multiple sources we kept ending up with the same recommendation. We contacted Vladae few months back and started working with him on the training with our Dog. Now she is 1 year old and we either Have the most intelligent dog in the world (Probably not) or He does Magic. Our Topol (Our Dog) has become so well mannered that My Parents who throughout my entire life of 50 years hated Dogs are asking me to get them a new Poppy. Few month back anytime the kids played Badminton in the backyard, she would chase and tried to get the badminton birdie from them. My husband Justin posted a few months ago and I am here to give an update. Our daughter is now six months old, and every week we send Vladae texts of photos and updates on how well our Airedale Terrier Lucy is doing. I went on a walk the other day with Lucy by my side and our daughter in the stroller. We even stopped at the park to swing while Lucy stayed nearby. As soon as we got home, I texted Vladae to let him know how well things went. I am the same woman who, as Justin mentioned in his previous, at six months pregnant had reached my limit with Lucy because Lucy was so disobedient. Vladae taught us how to help Lucy realize her position within our family. That has given us the framework we needed to allow Lucy to be close by our baby daughter. Lucy and our daughter have the sweetest relationship, and we are so grateful that Vladae taught us how to create that opportunity. Vladae has literally made our dreams come true.

I'm here to let you know you can stop scouring the web for the only dog trainer you'll ever need. "I don't want this dog anymore." My wife was 6 months pregnant the day she reached her limit with our 2-year old Airedale Terrier, Lucy. She took a mid-day break from work to take Lucy on a walk around a busy Balboa Island. But we had allowed Lucy to develop a terrible habit of leash pulling, indiscriminate sniffing, lunging uncontrollably in an effort to greet every dog (or bird), and jumping on those who stopped to show her any amount of attention, children included. This day was no different, but it had finally become too difficult to handle on her own. Although always friendly, Lucy's stubborn enthusiasm made taking her anywhere a chore. No amount of yelling at or yanking her was ever going to make an ounce of difference. With our first child on the way, we were desperate to find a way to get Lucy under our control so that we could safely enjoy taking her everywhere with us. Being pulled up and down the stairs to our apartment while holding an infant, or while out in public with a stroller, was simply not going to be an option. Enter Vladae. Training with Vladae begins from the inside out. Before spending any time working with Lucy, we sat for over an hour at our kitchen table learning foundational principles of dog psychology and communication that would be critical for us to carry forward in Lucy's training. Vladae's approach is not about paying for a program that buys you a fixed number of hours or sessions, but is instead focused on doing whatever is necessary, for as long as necessary, to achieve permanent success with your dog. Each session thereafter was focused on testing and reinforcing what was previously learned (admittedly we relapsed more than Lucy ever did), and overcoming increasing levels of distraction in order to solidify her focus. By our third session with Vladae, Lucy was off-leash in Fashion Island. Today, her fifth session, Lucy demonstrated her off-leash skills all over Irvine Spectrum Center on a busy Sunday afternoon. If you had told me less than 3 months ago that Lucy would soon be able to casually walk through rows of customers at the Apple Store glued to my side without a leash, I would have either laughed at you or punched you in the nose. More importantly, Lucy has achieved a level of focus and control that gives us the confidence to enjoy taking her with us everywhere we go. With Vladae's help Lucy has been 'unleashed' (in the truest sense) to live a new life taking in all of the sights and sniffs alongside us rather than being confined to our apartment with the occasional walk that only ever left all of us stressed and frustrated. With less than 3 weeks to go before we introduce our baby girl to the world, my wife and I couldn't be more relieved and grateful to have learned from Vladae. Stop messing around and hire Vladae right away. Practice everything he teaches you, and you'll no doubt be enjoying a new and improved version of your Pup that you never even knew was possible.

Vladae saved my life!!! Needless to say my humans are incredibly happy that Vladae at the SoCal Dog Training agreed to take us on as clients after my Auntie (who is also a client that loved his program and the results) recommend him when she heard I was out of control and needed to learn some manners ASAP!!! You see, I’m a pit-bull mix named Lucy that was lucky enough to be rescued after getting off to a rough start in life... But, if you met me now you would NEVER believe that not too long ago I was OUT OF CONTROL!!! SERIOUSLY, OUT OF CONTROL!!! When I got to my forever home I was still a puppy at only a year old. But I made going for a walk an ordeal by pulling, barking at other dogs and jumping on people; not to mention stopping for every interesting smell and refusing to move on until I was good and ready! On top of all of that I was such a nightmare that I made my grandma afraid of me by jumping on her and scratching her pretty badly (I didn’t mean to hurt her but I did) I guess you could say I was a little monster...I know my Mom called me that more than a few times. Since typing with paws 🐾 is tricky I will let my humans tell you the rest of reasons we love Vladae and consider him part of our pack... It was right before Thanksgiving so we checked out his website before we called and we’re super impressed that he featured other trainers and the programs of his colleagues along with his own. Not surprisingly, there was a bit of a wait until our first appointment with Vladae; which wouldn’t normally wouldn’t have been an issue. However, since Lucy had scared her grandma, we desperately needed some immediate advice/tools to use while we waited to get started. When we explained this to Vladae he was AMAZING! Not only did he recommend a couple of products we could try, he provided detailed instructions on how to use them and several exercises we could do to get the worst of Lucy behaviors under control. This alone might not sound impressive, but he did all of this BEFORE he had received a single penny from us (such a rare thing in this day and age). That kindness alone was enough for us to know that we had made the right choice, but once we got started with training it quickly became crystal clear that he has a real gift when it comes to understanding both canine and human behaviors. This may sound impossible but we had a completely different pup after our first session!!! We don’t want it to sound like she was instantly “cured”/“fixed” after that first visit (there was a lot work still to be done by all) or that we “liked” everything he said (NO ONE wants to hear that they part of the problem or that they are causing their “fur-baby’s” naughty behaviors); but we hired him to help us and instead of sugarcoating things and telling us what we wanted to hear he demonstrated his passion for his work and his devotion to his 2 and 4 legged clients by telling us what we needed to hear. In our case it was that in a misguided attempt to give her an AMAZING new life, we had had been treating Lucy like a human princess and in turn she was treating us like we were her dogs. In other words, we turned Lucy into a spoiled brat that thought she was in charge of everything and everyone,…oops. (we hate to admit it but he was SOOOO right!!!) So, if you are willing to listen to what he has to say, trust in his judgment & recommendations (even if, like us, you don’t completely understand all the “whys” at first) and are committed to doing the homework he gives you in-between lessons, you too will be amazed with the results! The best part,…he stands behind his work for the life of pup, so if we mess up (fingers crossed that we don’t) he will always be there to help get us back on track! In the end Vladae taught us to speak “doglish” and together we helped Lucy go from LUNATIC to LADY; for that, we are forever grateful and will always consider Vladae part of our family! I'm not even sure where to start. Our dog is a one year old Mal-Shi. When we first brought him home we had a trainer come to our house to help us with this crazy dog but didn't help much at all. Before we met Vladae our dog Rocky barked at everything, jumped on everyone,nipped at anyone who tried to pet him, pulled on his leash and was so embarrassing to walk with. He also would escape out our front door anytime we opened it and then we would have to chase him down the road. Vladae came and picked up Rocky for a two weeK boot camp. The first few days we received emails updating us on Rocky. He told us the first 3 days would be the hardest and then it would get better. He was right by day 4 Vladae was sending us videos of our dog who was CRAZY before now walking with him at his side. Within a few days Vladae had him walking off leash and learning to commands. My favorite text was when he said "The democracy is over mama". It was so true. Our dog was running our lives and that is not how it should be. So tonight afteR two weeks away our sweet dog Rocky walked into our home like a new dog. Still very playful and loving but also listened to us and even our children. Vladae spent so much time with us showing us everything that we needed to know to be successful. We could not even believe this is our same dog. Vladae is amazing at what he does. You can tell he loves these amazing animals and he knows how to train them with a little love and a little firmness. You could see in Rocky's eyes that he had so much respect and love for Vladae. I cannot thank him enough for training us as well as our dog. I highly recommend using Vladae.
