While we do everything we can to maintain a clean environment, we also choose not to treat the yard outside our facility with pesticides in order to protect the dogs from potentially harmful chemicals. That said, we take all health-related concerns seriously and are reviewing this matter thoroughly.<br><br>We also want to clarify the scheduling details. Your original appointment was booked as a bath with a trainee. The full groom was added afterward, and while we were happy to accommodate the request, we did explain that it would take additional time since it wasn’t part of the original booking. We understand the wait was frustrating and sincerely apologize if that wasn’t communicated clearly.<br><br>As for the grooming quality, we are very sorry that you were unhappy with the result. Our goal is always for dogs to leave looking and feeling their best. If you’re open to it, we would love the opportunity to fix the groom at no additional charge.
