Hi Paula, Patsy was referred to us from a one on one groomer that provided a quiet environment. With multiple attempts to provide Patsy with a comfortable, holistic, and safe groom, we came to the conclusion that Patsy would better benefit from a one on one groomer, like she is used to. We strive to provide every dog with the best experience while they are in our care. As a team, we came to the necessary decision to refer Patsy back to a one on one groomer setting. They were awesome with Sam's nails. He's an old dog and they were very gentle with him. Will be going back again when he needs them done again.
