Sound Mind K9 Training

Thanks to the training at Sound Mind K9 I have a new dog starting on the 2 hour ride home. She stayed down and quiet in the kennel. At home all the gates used to confine her have been left open. She stayed in place the whole time I cooked dinner watching just outside the kitchen. None of the decorations including stuffed animals at floor level were disturbed. Dinner we had in a sunroom that had always been off limits for my labradoodle because she was out of control. But now my girl stays in a down position even when I walked out clearing the table until I released her. No pulling on the leash at the car wash sat in place. All this in less than 24 hours of being home. Taylor and Shaun give loving training and my girl is well behaved in response. No more wackadoodle 🥰

We could not be happier with the training our dog received from Taylor and Shaun. They truly love and care for the dog they’re training. Our dog has aggression issues and while he is not 100% “fixed”, which we didn’t expect he would be, he is a changed dog!! They sent videos of the training while he was with them and we got one on one training with our dog. We can now take him on walks again and we know how to handle him around other dogs! It’s been life changing for our dog and us!! I can’t recommend them enough for whatever your dogs training needs are!!

So we are only on day 1 of them being home, but wow what a difference! You have exceeded our expectations. Thank you for loving our dogs as your own. We’ve had two door bell rings and they did amazing! No barking and stayed in position. I highly recommend Taylor and Shaun if you need dog training. The best!!!! This time we did obedience and behavioral trainings. Next time we have a need to board our dogs it will be with y’all! Taylor also groomed our dogs and I highly recommend her for that as well. I can see a huge change in our grand dogs that you trained over a year ago, but our dogs needed more extensive training and so far so great❤️ Y’all truly are the dog whisperers for Texas!

My bully breed had gone through multiple rehoming situations and was a mess before I got him. Taylor helped me understand how I could better help him decompress and relate to him, then personalized his training based on both of our needs. Although he’s completed training, he continues to board and LOVES it there! As someone who travels often for work, it relieves anxiety on both ends knowing someone cares for your pup as you would. To say she has changed both of our lives is an understatement! We can’t thank her and the family enough 🙌🏽♥️
