Sandy is completely professional by being prepared for each time we meet, on time, and very perceptive with my dogs behaviors. She listened to my concerns, asked the right questions and addressed each issue. She even picked up other issues that I was unaware of in a vey kind manner. She made our “homework” in between sessions attainable. She is a straight shooter, explains each lesson extremely well and above all, we saw positive results. I highly recommend her!

I met sandy in September when we first opened our dog hiking business , she came highly recommended from a co worker . Since they I’ve attended some of her classes and have heard amazing things about her . Recently she was working with a dog who became one of my hikers, What a transformation I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone who is looking for any type of training needs from a puppy to an older dog . Sandy is very kind hearted and you can tell she loves what she does. During her private sessions they are usually about 1 hour long or and most it’s very rare it’s just an hour she answers all of your questions and educates you to make you the best leader for your dog .

Had a great experience with Sandy training Zeus. When she came to observe him and ask us what our concerns were, and told us it would take 3-4 visits with her to get him on track I was definitely hesitant. We were unable to walk Zeus without him yelping, pulling, and crying. My neighbors would come out from their houses to check to be sure he was ok. It was so embarrassing. I would often cut our walks short or give up and not walk him at all. Now with her helpful training he is so much better I love working with him! She is amazing!! I would recommend her to anyone!

Sandy and her canine partner, Homer, have completely changed my relationship with my dog Trudy over the past year. She was very aggressive towards other dogs, always barking and trying to lunge towards them on walks. Sandy taught us how to better read her body language, gave us tricks to use to minimize her anxiety, and with the help of Homer, successfully got her to meet and play with another dog. We had honestly given up on the idea of her playing with other dogs. Sandy didn’t just make it a possibility; she made it a reality. Sandy doesn’t just teach a dog obedience. She teachers owners how to better understand their canine partners. Most recently, she helped Trudy go from barking nonstop in the car (imagine trying to drive with a hound baying and barking in your ear) to laying down and being silent. She is a fantastic trainer, and I can not recommend her enough.
