I had an extremely disturbing experience with this trainer (Chris). I had four dogs in training with this facility at the same time. One day, I received a call from a veterinarian informing me that one of my dogs needed to be euthanized because it was the most humane option. She died due to severe parasite infestation that caused extreme anemia. At first, I thought this might have been a tragic, isolated incident. That belief changed when I went to personally check on my other three dogs. All three appeared visibly malnourished—their ribs and hip bones were clearly protruding. When I raised concerns, the trainer told me this was “normal.” At that point, I immediately removed all of my dogs from the facility. There was no offer of reimbursement, no accountability, and no compassion shown for the loss of our dog. Instead, I was told that if I removed my dogs, it would hurt his business, and I was asked to continue paying anyway. I spent over $40,000, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent. The lack of care for the animals, combined with the complete absence of empathy for both our emotional and financial loss, is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this facility to proceed with extreme caution.
