We cannot say enough good things about our experience here! Prior to sending our dog to Southpaw, we had a very terrible experience at a different training facility in the area just a few weeks before. It took a lot for me to be able to send him anywhere after that but we knew he would benefit from it so much. Within just the first couple minutes of our interaction with Nani we knew her facility was where we wanted our dog to go. Bodee stayed for two months, and the transformation was truly night and day. He came home confident, obedient, and so well-mannered — we honestly couldn’t believe the difference. From the beginning the staff, the communication, and the facility was just incredible — everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They truly make it feel like this isn’t just a job for them and you aren’t just another paying customer. Nani understood what we went through previously and she was so good making us feel at ease with updates, pictures and videos of Bodee. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that he was in the best hands. Nani, Ben and their staff are exceptional at what they do. Their knowledge, experience, and passion for what they do really shows and shines through the way they train and handle all the dogs. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Bodee was learning from the best and in an environment where he was cared and loved for. Since we had such a great experience and seeing how well he did at his obedience training we are sending him to their hunting training program next! We are so grateful and can’t recommend them enough. If you’re considering training, boarding or daycare for your dog — this is the place. 🐾
