I recently reached out to Rusty about training my Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd puppy for obedience, with the goal of eventually exploring protection dog work. After trying to contact several trainers in the area without much luck, Rusty was the first person to get back to me, and I’m so glad he did. From our conversation alone, I could tell how knowledgeable and experienced he is. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the training process in detail, and make sure I understood what to expect. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners. I really appreciate the time he spent talking with me and helping me feel confident about moving forward with training. We have a one-on-one session scheduled for tomorrow, and after speaking with him, I’m even more excited to meet him in person and get started.
