Throughout your private training program, you received: – Detailed written lesson summaries and follow-up instructions after each session. – Full access to our Novice Foundations Course and Novice Community for continued support. – Direct hands-on coaching for you and Dash, who showed clear improvement when handled properly. Unfortunately, your lack of engagement, disregard for management protocols, and repeated off-leash violations directly undermined your dog’s progress. Dash was not the problem; the issue lies in the human end of the leash. We are the fifth trainer you have worked with, and the pattern remains unchanged.
