Hi Kaiti! I appreciate your feedback, a year after no longer being employed by our company. I am happy to announce that I finally have an incredible crew of employees that I do not have to be concerned about the dedication and compassion they have working for our facility. Honesty, integrity and compassion are our foundation, and therefore I do have high expectations of those I keep on our team. I understand the extra work we had to put in to care for those who caught the doggie cold was exhausting to us all, but with 5 vet's recommendations on the protocol and precautions we had to take to isolate those pups so others didn't catch the cold as well as administer the medication we personally picked up from each of their designated vets, was something I was committed to do; it is part of this company's committed care. I personally contacted each of their owners and they were fully aware of the precautions we had to take to prevent the spread of the cold as well as the en-devours we took to make their pups feel better; most of which were non symptomatic after returning home after following all the vet's strict directions and protocol. I also understand the disappointment in the extra sanitation precautions I required to be taken when we struggled with pests, but it was necessary to maintain the cleanliness of our facility. I am happy to announce that with expert advice and direction, we no longer struggled with them within less than a month of your exit from our employment team in 2018.
