Hello Kevin! I am unsure of the reasoning behind your one star review with criticism toward our "Professionalism" & "Quality". We felt we were very forthcoming and professional with you on our company policies and procedures when it comes to our service dog training. We have set guidelines we MUST follow before certification can be given. You made it very clear you were not wanting to do the training we require in order to meet service dog qualifications because you felt controlled. We respected your feelings and required nothing of you including any payment for our time. It's very unfortunate you have chosen to bring down our hardworking efforts in gaining our clients respect and positive public feed back simply because you weren't willing to do what is required to qualify for our service dog training certification. It is our job and company policy as bonafide trainers to guide our clients properly that come to us. We do not just take individuals monies and sign certificates without making sure training is up to par. We take public safety very seriously and truly take pride in what we put our name on. We are disappointed with the poor rating, but we do wish you the best!
