Really disappointed in the experience I had with privates and the 2 week board and train. After a month of trying to connect on “100% satisfaction” and then having to “review” the case, promised responses back from leadership, etc, I chose to take my dog elsewhere and have seen drastic improvements within a week. They will say what they want, however; multiple people have expressed the lack of follow through and terrible communication. Another example from another customer is taking over a year to receive training certificates in the mail 🤦‍♀️.

I am forever grateful to Spirit Ranch any girls amazing trainer Ester. I rescued a puppy from a very abusive situation. She was not properly socialized, and I did not have the time to give her the socialization she needed. Her fear was making her mean and scared of humans. Ester turned her into a completely different dog with a 2 week bootcamp. She now gets compliments when we go out in public on how well-behaved she is. I make sure everyone knows this has nothing to do with me and everything to do with her trainer Ester and Spirit Ranch . Her sister, my dachshund also trains with Ester and is socializing on outings with her. She now listens and follows commands, which is against a dachshunds nature lol. Both my girls are obsessed with Ester and daycare at spirit ranch. The daycare staff are amazing with them. My girls look forward to seeing their human and doggy friends at daycare. They play so much and sleep so well when I pick them up. Daycare has done so much good with their socialization with both humans and dogs. I highly recommend Spirit Ranch for training and daycare! Your dogs will LOVE it and trust me you will be super grateful.
