First and last time. I really wanted to give them a chance. I took my husky and terrier there for a bath, grooming and paid for a full spa day that included nail trimming. I dropped them off at 9:30am and called at 5pm after not hearing from them. They told me my dogs would be ready in 20 mins so I gave them 30 mins. When we got there they were just finishing up. They brushed my dogs and got rid of most the Huskies undercoat. That’s about where it ended. The dogs did not smell or feel like they had a bath and more importantly above all else their nails were not trimmed. No one told me anything when I picked my dogs up. We didn’t say anything about the bath and let it go, but we asked about the nails. The employee said she’d get with the groomer and have them contact us to let us know what happened. We waited the next day with no call back, so then we called. We were told the groomer could not clip the huskies nails because the husky was not allowing the groomer to do this and that I would need to take her to a vet to get the nails trimmed. I asked for a partial refund and was told we were given a discount. After a couple of weeks I’ve noticed the little dogs nails are also not trimmed. Looking over my bank statement I see they charged me for the full amount. So now I’m wondering if they actually did anything besides brushing their hair. I’m wondering if they just told me they did the full service I paid for and just brushed their to make it seem like they did everything we paid for. I’m never going back to them.
