I traveled all the way out to here from Troutdale for her to refuse service to me. Relaying to her that my dog has to walk 3 flights of stairs because I live in an apartment. My dog has a deteriorating knee that I recently found out about. She is also over weight since she has not been able to exercise with her bad knee. She tells me I’m lying about my situation and not being truthful about my dog. Absolutely mind blowing the things she was saying. I would never recommend bringing your business here. She is very ignorant and seems to want to be in control. I’m very open and kind and would never treat a new customer the way she did to me. Not worth all this trouble at all. Find a different therapy place if I were you.

What a dream to be able to work with such a gifted and dedicated individual. Kristin is so caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve seen a massive improvement to my dog’s mobility and confidence since coming to Splash. If I could give a 10 star review I would!! Thanks for all that you do for us, Kristin!! Splash is a wonderful business and if you are lucky enough to have a chance to work with them, you won’t be disappointed.

Miss leading website, my senior dog has arthritis and is losing strength. He is also overweight which I mentioned but clearly shouldn’t have. They said they do not service that and only focus on “dogs (and cats) that are in need of surgical or injury recovery, and senior strengthening and conditioning.” Not sure how my dog wouldn’t fall into the senior strengthening, but they don’t even take phone calls to explain their reasoning. Pretty disappointing. If my dogs do ever have surgery I will stick to Back On Track Vet Therapy.

My senior cat swims here weekly and his arthritis seems to be much reduced! He gets around so much better and he's more energetic! My cat is super chill so I can't say all cats will take, but don't be intimidated from trying just because you have a cat, it's been such an improvement for his life! Kristin is so awesome, love our chats, and she even pointed out an eye issue I was able to address but hadnt been concerned about at the time. She keeps it real, very nice, and she really loves animals. Dogs, cats, apparently bunny and pigs too! Big recommend!!!
