Does this training service use ecollars or prong collars?
Hi Jim we use multiple tools in training including toys and treats along with gentle methods utilizing the ecollar but on very low levels that do not hurt the dog and is not used to punish the dog at all. Everything is done through motivation so the behaviors are natural and offered.

We sent our very stubborn, 2 year old Valley Bulldog to Spot On for the week training program. They did a wonderful job with her. During the week, we received pictures of her while she was training. When we arrived to pick her up, the trainers took their time showing my son and me how to continue working with Ruthie at home. Upon bringing her home, she is doing wonderful with her new commands. We are very pleased and highly recommend Spot On!

Overall a great experience! Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable. They trained us as much as they trained our mastiff and made sure we felt confident keeping up his ongoing training. We have already seen massive improvements in behavior!

Our Great Dane has been the most challenging pup we've ever had! We took her to classes weekly, but it wasn't enough. We needed some extra strength training! I found out about Spot On and we decided to give it a try. Since she's been home, life is now calmer with our pup. She listens and follows commands. I feel like we're in control now and the bond is stronger because we're not always yelling at her in exasperation! Thank you, Spot On, for giving us the dog we knew she could be!
