Spot On! Dog Training

Worst experience ever! People honestly save your money. They train with what they call vibration collars. You can do that on your own. Once the collars come off the dogs forget all their training. That’s not training. The owner lies that they do off leash training. Once training is done even the so called trainers tell you they don’t do off leash training. The owner is very rude, condescending, and he personally does no training at all with the dogs. Even though he markets himself as having all these skills to train dogs. He has a bunch of very young adults which he probably trained himself to train the dogs. I mean what real training do they have? They put a vibration collar on a dog and zap them when they don’t listen. Literally that’s all they’re doing. Trainers literally read a training script to you. Professional dog trainers don’t need to read their training to you. Very sketchy! The owner feeds off the people who call him emotional because their dog isn’t trained and dog owners get stressed when they’re calling about training. He will come to your home feed you all the info like I stated earlier as if he is involved in any of the training which he’s not. Then gives you a price, offer to knock off half the price but you have to sign up in that moment. There is no thinking about it, let me talk to my spouse nothing. You sign up or, you have to pay over a thousand dollars more the second he walks out your home. He’s evil! He’s feeding off your emotions and he knows you’re vulnerable at that moment. That is how he gets you! Now you fall for his evil marketing tactic and you have to sign a contract and if you go back on it you lose lots of money. He is VERY condescending, & manipulative. This was the worse investment ever. If there was any regrets in my entire life it’s this one right here. Don’t fall for his manipulative tactics like I did. I regret this decision so bad. I made an emotional decision based off my dog’s behaviors. He fed off that and cornered me. After I brought my dog home with the vibration collar. She still pulls on the leash, trainer told me they don’t teach off leash even though those were one of his selling point. Never sat at the steps when someone comes to the door another false selling point. My dog came out of that place same way she went in. Only difference a fancy collar. It’s been several months my dog went to that horrible place to be trained. I’ve been training her myself with the vibration collar. Again they don’t train you either. I’m online following a professional dog trainer and training her myself. This is why I state don’t waste your money because in the end you will end up doing it yourself anyways and paid him for nothing. Spot on Training does nothing but rip you off. You can do better on your own and save thousands of dollars in the process. Get a vibration collar and train your dog yourself because that’s all it is in the end you will have to do it anyways. They will tell you this after they take your money at the end of the training. Refresher classes again waste of time. You are paying for the trainers to read you a script, owner takes your money and sends you on your way with a vibration collar you can buy for $30 on Amazon. In the end you will have to retrain your dog anyways. This spot on training is a joke, waste of money that you will regret in the future. Trust me run and take your dog with you. I know I’m being repetitive because I can’t emphasize anymore what a waste this was and is. Last but not least my dog came home sick as all hell. Owner said “oh it’s nerves” yet whatever she came home with she gave it to the rest of the dogs in my home got. Doubt it was nerves Einstein. Worse decision and investment in my life. ***the response given below he changed it to hide his true colors. Because everything I stated about him was proven in his original response which he deleted. I received an email with a snip of what he originally posted. The only fake reviews are the ones you’re asking friends and employees to write about your business.

Our 5 month old golden puppy, Clover, did board and train for a week! He left home anxious and a little difficult to manage but in just a week he came home with foundations that I had o my wished I was able to instill. He has learned, sit, place, off, come, heel, break and stay. Clover has excelled. We look forward to continuing to work with him and utilize the after services like the $100 a day boarding, the 4 free lessons a year and the phone support as needed! We also plan to send 3 more dogs to spot on dog training over the next six months to help refine and shape them into better more balanced members of my family. Mike and his training team are amazing, kind and so far very reliable in their work. I look forward to participating in pack walks and other events they may have in the future while also continuing to utilize their services. Thank you for being a milestone in clovers journey to adulthood!
