Unfortunately, I have not booked with Andrea, because she was full for the next weeks, and I wanted some training sooner, so maybe when I go to SFO next weekend to see my family and friends, my sweet loving pup won't jump up on everyone. Along with responding promptly when I first contacted her, I had a question about a dog issue that needed clarification. Andrea answered every text, until there was resolve. If her demeanor is this caring to ME, I know my dog is in the hands of the right person. She genuinely cares, and even after a non stop 12 hr day, she made time to answer all of her emails/text, with grace. In the future, I would like to have a private session with you Andrea, and my already perfect doggie...I want to make sure I am trained properly. Thank you for your time and dedication.
