Our puppy Earl just graduated from puppy foundations. We loved Rachel as an instructor. She was very helpful to all of the new parents with different dogs! She gave one on one attention and also ideas on how to handle individual issues with our dogs. He also attends puppy daycare and has learned even more commands. I highly recommend her and all of the trainers.
The adolescent puppy manners class was great for our 8 month old Lab mix. Being a small group (3 dogs) made it so much easier to handle. The adolescent puppy manners class was great for our 8 month old Lab mix. Being a small group (3 dogs) made it so much easier to handle. We saw improvement right away for a few of our issues with Ruby, but until we decided to add some one on one training at home with Debbie (who teaches the puppy class) the changes in Ruby’s behavior was remarkable! After just one session! Debbie gets right to the problem, knows exactly how to help you fix it! Shes a wonderful people trainer too! My anxiety and frustration was starting to get the best of me, but Debbie showed me/us that we have a very smart pup, she just needs clear communication and we can learn how to do that. It’s happening and we couldn't be happier! Dog Works and Debbie- thank you!!! The future is looking much brighter because of you🐶🙏🌸❤️

We were referred to St. Pete Dog Works, and specifically to Rachel, after working with Dr. Edwards at Tampa Veterinary Behavior, and we had a great experience. I have two dogs and came in with very specific goals, and Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in her approach. From the initial consultation through each session, Rachel consistently impressed me with her ability to observe and accurately interpret my dogs’ behaviors. After every session, she provided a clear summary and practical “homework,” which helped me stay accountable and continue making progress at home. The training was fully customized to our needs and lifestyle, and after six sessions we’ve seen meaningful progress. I would highly recommend Rachel and St. Pete Dog Works.
