Standing Obeytion Dog Training

We adopted a 3 y/o bloodhound that had previously been found and assumed dumped. She has issues with hyperactivity and attention. She was constantly "pawing" at us even when we were showing her attention, which was painful as she weighs 100 lbs., among other problems we were having. We called John not only to help us transition her into a new lifestyle but also because we have two other dogs in the house that did not seem accepting. In particular, my mom's black lab has dominance issues. He immediately showed us how to handle our bloodhound's problems and how to teach her that we were dominant. Then he helped us integrate her into the other dogs' "pack." I feel so much better now that I have control and know how to handle not only her but the black lab. If you at all need someone to help with behavioral or dominance issues he's the person to call. He's beyond helpful. At one point, while on a walk, we were approached by a neighbor's dog. I had always been afraid to walk my dog that far because I didn't know how not only my dog, but their dog, would react. He showed us how to handle it and both dogs were submissive and there was no problem. Couldn't be more pleased with his techniques.

John drove 3.5 hours to help me with my 4 year old Schnoodle named Buster. Our dog really goes crazy when people show up and we always had to put him in the bedroom locked up so he wouldn't bother our visitors. John tried a few different techniques and each worked in a different way and my dog was not the same. Really weird to see this, because he is a hyper dog. John had our dog laying on the floor calm and not nervous. Just completely calm. My wife and I have been working with the same technique he showed us and we can now say we have not had to lock our dog up since that day. I wish we would have called John years ago so everyone could enjoy our dog as much as we do. Now all we need is him to train our cat to stay off the back of the couch. ha. Thanks John !!!

John is an excellent dog psychologist and trainer. We introduced my brother's dog into our pack and had immediate, intense aggressive issues between the dogs. Our family has had lots of dogs, but the situation was beyond our control. John arrived and really invested himself in our difficult situation and worked to help us regain mastery. We were very impressed by his dedication and commitment. I highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their dogs.

I called John to help with our 5mo old golden puppy. He actually came over and worked with both my dogs. I saw a difference in my dogs minutes after he walked in the door!!! He answered all my questions, showed me different training techniques, worked with my dogs, and all with such a loving kind manner. I love the techniques he used and showed me. He was so good with my dogs. You can really tell he loves what he does. I would highly recommend him. And will definately be taking advantage of the puppy socialization classes.

I would have to agree that John is Springfield's own Dog Whisperer. He is amazing with the dogs and I saw the response with my son's pit bull from the minute that John walked out the door into the yard. He spent a good deal of time at my home and we will be attending the socialization classes also. He loves the dogs and is more than willing to help with any issue I had not only with the problem dog but with my other dogs and cat. I would definitely recommend John and Standing Obeytion, You will have a new dog when he is done. WELL DONE!!
