I am writing to express how upset I am with the so-called training my dog received in your six-week program. I paid $6,000 and was promised that she would learn the basics we discussed: walking properly on a leash, coming when called, and not jumping on people. None of these have been achieved. She still struggles with all three, and it honestly feels like no real effort was made. On top of that, she came back to me matted, which shows a lack of even the most basic care during her time with you. When I expressed my concerns directly to the trainer, he admitted the shortcomings by offering free lessons, which only further proves that the six weeks we already paid for were not properly executed. This is completely unacceptable. It’s extremely concerning to me that your program makes such bold promises, delivers so little, and yet charges such a high fee. Frankly, it feels like a scam. I also find it hard to believe the flood of perfect 5-star reviews are genuine when my experience has been the exact opposite. At this point, I expect a clear explanation of what was actually done during those six weeks, as well as how you intend to resolve this situation, whether through a refund or another form of accountability.

George has been incredible to work with over the past year. We have a very energetic (well intentioned :) ) Australian shepherd, George has helped in all facets of training and boards when we are out of town. His approach is straight forward, direct and consistent. All aspects of training are practical, teachable and make meaningful differences. He is also receptive to regular check-ins via text, videos and voice memos. We really appreciate how much George us helped us with young Reji.

I want to be very honest about our experience because we’ve been disappointed since the start of our dog’s boarding and training. On the very first day, when we dropped her off, I asked for a picture a few hours later and was told you were at a family dinner and couldn’t send one until later. The first night we were trusting our dog in a new environment with a new person, and she was left alone. That immediately made us uneasy. Throughout her stay, I kept requesting updates and was told that our dog is “clingy because she has clingy owners,” and that we’d only get updates every few days or once a week if she had achieved something. As paying clients who entrusted our dog to your care, this was not reassuring or what we expected in terms of communication. Beyond the communication issues, our dog has now completed her training and unfortunately, the results do not reflect the priorities we outlined from the start. She still does not reliably come when called, does not walk well on leash, and continues to jump on people despite these being the main issues I emphasized. You even acknowledged she wasn’t ready and offered an additional week, but even after that, the progress simply isn’t there. We feel we invested significant trust, time, and money in this process, and it hasn’t delivered what was promised.

Jorge is an amazing and caring trainer. Badger, our 2 year old dachshund, was having a few behavioral issues and needed more structure and control. Jorge was able to pick up on Badger’s nuances and patterns and then provide positive feedback and training techniques to help us calm Badger’s anxieties and emotions. We’re so grateful for Jorge’s help, and Badger has been receptive to training and continues to improve. It’s really great to see Badger’s growth now to where we first started. Thank you Jorge!
