Stanfur'd k9 - Dog Training

We gave Jorge a tall task - have our six-month Boxer puppy trained up well enough to fly on an airplane for 6 hours! Jorge not only taught August basic commands, but taught him how to interact with other people and dogs, how to travel in confined spaces, and how to have patience. Jorge was incredibly communicative with us, immediately starting a group text with my husband and me to share daily updates. During his four-week training program, we visited August weekly for training sessions. Jorge not only trained August, but also us to maintain the training, how to react to August’s actions, and anticipate August’s next moves. After the training program, Jorge did a follow-up session with us, even at our home so we could show Jorge the behaviors August was exhibiting. Truly above and beyond! We are exciting to continue our training and boarding with Jorge, and trust him to take great care of our August!

Jorge is wonderful! We sent our puppy, August, to him for a 4 week board and train in November. August learned a lot and Jorge taught us a ton as well. Jorge is always there for any tips and tricks after the initial program is over. He went above and beyond to communicate with us and we felt like August was is good hands the entire time he was at his board and train. Stanfur’d is a great option if you are looking for a board and train program!

Jorge gave us the jump start we needed! The Stanfur'd board and train program really helped make a happy puppy. Structured training and lots of guidance and support from the start. Jorge is observant, knowledgeable, and helped us build a foundation for good habits -- he's been a resource for advice after "graduation" as well. Definitely recommend if you're working on recall and building up focus with a new pup. He has a great dog grooming shop in the neighborhood, too!

George / StanFÜR’D k9 has done an amazing job with our mini doodle, Addie! We found him through a friend recommendation who had worked with him before; George was just what we needed! We met with George a couple of times to make sure our dog was relaxed, and to make sure he was the right fit for us! We loved everything about him from the start. George has such a calm, and relaxed energy which helped our dog settled down and not jump on him during our first meeting, we were all so amazed as our main problem at home was Addie jumping on strangers. He explained what his board and train program entailed, and what our part would be after Addie graduated and came home. We got frequent updates with pictures and videos to show all of the hard work that was taking place, PDF notes, trouble shooting videos, book recommendation; George told us we had to lean just as much as our dog was learning. Addie came back home a changed dog for the better after her 6 week program; her coat was so nice and skinny, she was happy, relaxed and focused. ! We now enjoy her so much more and so does everyone who comes through our door! We can go on hikes off leash with Addie and she always responds to her recalls and settle commands, we are so thankful for that. George is always available for our questions or to do reviews on skills that we're still trying to master as Addie's "parents"! George is quick to return a text to answer questions or reassure us about our own skill set! StanFÜR’D k9 will always be a resource to us! We have also used George for boarding a few times ...with more to come I'm sure! Addie gets so excited when we get there! We highly recommend George for his training programs and boarding!
