Starmark Animal Behavior and Starmark Pet Products offer many different forms of mental stimulation. The Bob-A-Lot really keeps the attention going, because you set the difficulty. Starmark Animal Behavior has trainers on staff that can help you with different techniques you can do as well. I am not a trainer, I am a former employee.

I am handicapped. I would love for my 6 mo old Aussie to walk with me and not be afraid she will trip me. Is this something you do?
Yes, ask for Justine, she is amazing!! She taught my very sweet but stubborn pup who was a very strong puller to walk perfectly on a leash.

Maybe because our dog had some reactivity and we struggled at times, but we felt completely unsupported during the four sessions we went to. These folks are basically trying to sell their products - collars, leashes, etc. - and the training and support seem to be an after-thoughts. At the 4th lesson, our dog was overwhelmed and wanted to just sit on the mat. The other dogs went outside and did the agility course and our dog was told to sit back and watch (in a large grassy area with fire ants and sticker burrs). Addison said she would send us info on steps to take and further instruction at a 2-week training - never got anything else from her or these people. I guess I thought this place was for helping with training your pet - if he already was doing everything well, we wouldn't need to come here. We decided not to show up for the 5th lesson. We have since gone to someone else, and our dog is doing great, and without a StarMark choke or prong collar that costs a lot of money and hurts the dog. The communication from the time we signed up was spotty at best, and then just got worse. There was no follow-up via phone or email at all. Would never recommend this place based on our experience.
These folks far exceeded my expectations and have won my loyalty. Excellent job all around.
The only place we take our dog, because they're great and other places in our past have not been so great. If you're looking, you found a great option!
