I brought my dog Lucas to training with Joseph for his reactivity to other dogs. He would always bark and pull like crazy, which made me dread taking him for walks. After one session with Joseph, there was a marked difference. He was calmer and less stressed that quickly. After several sessions, Lucas is a different dog. He has less anxiety, will walk behind me on walks, and reacts less to dogs walking by. Joseph definitely helped train Lucas, but he mainly taught me what I needed to change. He really understands dogs and what they need. I feel more confident with Lucas and I can tell he is happier. I very highly recommend Joseph and his training.

Joseph’s training has been the best thing for my dog and I! My 3 year old pit mix was shutting down on walks and always scared. Nothing I found online or with other virtual dog trainers helped. Joseph not only made my dog feel more safe and calm but me too! He’s taught me the right skills & how to provide the structure for what my dog needs, making our relationship and communication much better than before! Joseph really understands the dog/human relationship and cares for your dog like his own! I couldn’t recommend him enough!!

My boyfriend and I got Joseph’s private in-home training lessons for our 6 month old puppy and we were really impressed! Even on the first session Joseph was able to get our energetic/anxious puppy to be calm and listen to him. He helped us with our obedience training skills and helped us readjust our entire mindset in training our young pup. He is extremely intelligent — no question this training works! We saw a change in our pup for the better in just a few weeks! Highly recommend Joseph’s training to anyone looking!

Our new dog, Winnie had been rescued from a hoarders house with 60 other dogs that had been left to roam free for over 6 months. Needless to say, Winnie had issues, her biggest one being that she would not eat when left with our house sitter. We’re not novice dog owners but years of bad habits and Winnie’s significant anxiety issues led us to Joseph. We all needed retraining and I cannot recommend Joseph enough to those of you seeking help. Thanks to Joseph’s coaching, excellent insight and sage advice, Winnie was eating on day 2 of our vacation, much to everyone’s delight and relief.

My training went extremely well and has made a dramatic difference in our activities. Prior to working with Joseph, my frenchie Sasha would pull during our walks, bark at strangers, and ignore me. Now, the difference is night and day. She never pulls, sits when we tell her to, and is calm during the walks. I would 100% recommend Joseph to anyone who wants to teach their dogs the basics or even advanced training. Thank you again Joseph for all the great training and tips.
