STAT K9 Training

Tina is amazing! We were referred to her by a neighbor and friend who had wonderful results with their puppy. Not only is she a kind person and easy to work with, but she is also great at what she does. We felt completely comfortable leaving our puppy with her. She provided so much guidance and so many updates that we really felt a part of the process. Our puppy progressed SO MUCH in her time with Tina. Before working with Tina, we were truly at our wits' end with our doodle, Perry. He had become an entitled, snippy little brat, and if I'm being completely honest, I was fairly convinced my husband was going to drop him off at a shelter one day while I was out running errands. We loved him, but our home had become stressful, and we didn't know what else to do. From our very first consultation, Tina took the time to listen to our concerns in regards Perry and was completely transparent about the process. She set expectations upfront, explaining that she would do the hard work during his board-and-train, but it would be our responsibility to maintain and reinforce everything he learned once he came home. More importantly, she gave us the tools and confidence to be successful. From the moment we dropped Perry off, we felt involved every step of the way. We were given homework, received daily video updates showing his progress and explaining what they were working on each day, and even met with Tina during his stay. At that point, I can honestly say my husband was still skeptical. Tina was honest about Perry's progress and recommended keeping him a few extra days because of his stubborn, bratty attitude. We appreciated her honesty and trusted her judgment. The morning Perry came home, we were honestly nervous. Our busy household had been so much calmer while he was away that we weren't sure what to expect. But when Tina arrived, we were absolutely blown away. She didn't just drop him off—she spent time training us in our own home, making sure we understood how to continue building on everything Perry had learned. Knowing we also have a follow-up training session available gives us even more confidence. Since Perry has been home, he has exceeded every expectation we had. Even my husband is amazed by the transformation. He had only been home for about two weeks, but multiple friends have asked if he's a different dog. Just this morning, someone stopped me during our walk to compliment Perry's behavior and how well he walked on leash after another much larger dog was barking and lunging at us from a distance. A few weeks ago, Perry would have completely lost his mind. Instead, he stayed calm and walked right at my side. I never would have believed that was possible. We're excited to continue working with Perry and watching him grow, but Tina has already changed our lives in ways we can't fully express. She didn't just train our dog—she changed the entire dynamic of our home and helped us keep a beloved member of our family when we were honestly afraid we might be forced to make a different decision. Mufferton and I were butting heads and unfortunately, i was losing the battle. TIna turned this 85lb German Shepherd puppy around and we can now enjoy each other. She is so much calmer and well behaved. Walks are enjoyable, having company is not a process anymore, people can approach her without her having a party, squirrels are still a challenge but no amount of training i was doing before Tina helped curb her bad behaviors. Tina must have the patience of a saint and a low tolerance for shenanigans from dogs. The results are well worth the cost and she provides all the correct tools you need to continue training after they come home.

Tina is absolutely amazing! I sent my 5 year old Pitbull Chance to Tina for a two week board and train. Chance needed some behaviors managed including reactivity to certain dogs and reactivity to males. He also needed on leash training while taking walks and a refresh of basic commands. I didn’t realize how stubborn my pup was until listening to Tina’s guidance. I loved watching the training videos Tina posted everyday to see what Chance was learning. I can thank enough Tina for helping me train Myla. Myla is my 1 year half Springer Spaniel. She is a very sweet, cute and anxious girl. the perfect combination to always get her way with me. I have never been able to walk with Myla since she was a puppy. it was one the issues I have brought to Tina's attention when filling out the paperwork and when I dropped Myla off for training. She would bark at everything that moved. Cars, people, animals even shadows. Myla suffers from separation anxiety and could never been on her own. She had the need to be surrounded by family members and my other dog at all times. I did not see thus as a bad thing until Tina pointed out during Myla's training. Myla has been back home for an about 3 weeks now. I have been able to take her on daily walks along with my other dog Bella. This makes me so happy because I could never walk them together. Also, since Myla has been back I have been able to take her to crowded places, to restaurants, and she is doing so much better. There is still a lot of work to do with her and I am following all of Tina"s instructions as much as I can posible can. I am so thankful a neighbor recommended STAT K9 training because I was literally lost without knowing what to do Myla. While Myla was at training, Tina kept me informed of her progress through her live stream on Facebook, text and phone calls. Even when Myla went on heat in the middle of her training Tina took her to her house and made sure Myla was ok and was able to finish her training Thank you Tina for helping make my life better by showing me how to Handle Myla's behavior !
