Steady On Point

We had a fantastic experience with Alan. I brought my 15 month old Brittany pup to him to get him prepared for the upcoming season. After a month with Alan his recall is fantastic, responds to commands to change directions, is steady as a rock, is a cooperative hunting partner and more well behaved in general. Alan maintained great communication and sent plenty of texts and videos. I appreciated Alan's calm tone and demeanor, he build a great relationship with my pup and it was obvious that Alan is passionate about his craft and cares for the dogs he trains. Great job Alan!

We are so pleased with the training our GSP received with Alan. He provided great one on one training and was able to shape our pup into a disciplined and under control hunter. Alan customized our pups training plan to fit her personality and needs. He was very communicative while she was at training camp and updated us frequently on progress. He also worked with us and our dog to provide carryover of commands and skills. I highly recommend Alan at Steady on Point.

Alan was amazing with my lab Lucy. I brought Lucy to Alan as a two year old with a lot of energy and a need for obedience. I was also hoping she could turn into a good bird dog. Alan did a great job with Lucy. She came home as a much better all-around dog but is also a great bird dog now. Working with Alan has been a pleasure and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for bird dog training. I'll certainly be bringing my future dogs back.
