Stephanie Bennett's Believe in Dog

As a first time dog mom, where I sent my golden retriever puppy for training was very important. I care a lot about the environment and the people that would work with my puppy to make sure that he is taken care of. The minute I stepped into Believe in Dog, I knew this is where I wanted to send my puppy. This place is clean, the people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about the pets and the owners that walk in. I can't recommend Believe in dog enough. My puppy comes home exhausted after a fun, safe, clean day spent with other dogs. I love what Stephanie has done and I know how much my puppy loves going there. He loves the other dogs that he gets to play with but more importantly he loves the staff. I know that when I leave my dog, he is in the best hands and that makes me so happy! We enrolled our puppy in the Basic Manners class with Valerie and let me just say she is INCREDIBLE! She is so patient and we have seen such improvement with our puppy's behaviors. Valerie is an expert and we can see a noticeable difference in how our puppy interacts with other people and other dogs! I can't recommend her and this class enough!!!

Absolutely loved our time with Believe in Dog. My mini dachshund Butters completed their Puppy Day School program and graduated from Puppy One. Their program is incredibly thought out when it comes to training and socializing your dog, we wish we could go everyday forever and ever!! I appreciated how attentive and loving all of the trainers are, even during the busy pick up times they never dismiss any questions or concerns you have about training at home and always lend advice. The daily report cards at pickup are always thorough and described where your dog is at with certain training skills which made training at home easier and on the same page. The resources they provide to help train your dog is incredibly informative and helpful. I love that they offer different classes that allow for your young pup and even adult dog to thrive in their everyday environment. They also have their boutique which sells all your training needs plus amazing enrichment toys to keep your dog busy. I feel that Believe in Dog has truly set the standard of how to train with your dog, understand their needs, and keep building a positive relationship. If Butters could talk(instead he just mostly barks😅) he would say how much he loved his time during Puppy Day School.

Believe in Dog’s Reactive Rover program has definitely helped our family and our dog’s reactivity! She focuses heavily on training YOU and what YOU need to do in certain situations to make your dog feel comfortable which I think helped so much with our relationship. The class offers many different activities that can also help you realize your dog loves to do certain things! For example, we learned that our 25 lb corgi loves agility through this class! Very happy with the results and will highly recommend!
