Stephanie was so incredibly helpful and patient with my somewhat reactive Dog. She would come out to the parking lot and help us in to ensure that everyone was safe and comfortable. She was always available for questions and concerns. Highly highly recommend.

We worked with several trainers in Illinois, and Stephanie was by far the best. Our dog is highly reactive and has many triggers. He would react to even the smallest things and often took a long time to calm down afterward. Through 100% positive reinforcement, Stephanie helped significantly reduce his recovery time and build his confidence. She was incredibly communicative throughout the process and took the time to help us understand his triggers and recognize his body language before situations escalated. Her guidance made a huge difference for both our dog and our family. I've recommended Stephanie to many friends and will continue to do so, even though I've since moved out of Illinois.
