Stevenson Gun Dog and Obedience

Over the last 4 years Jeff has trained both of our dogs for obedience. He has done an awesome job! Both of them have a wonderful attitude and eagerness to obey. They listen well to all their trained commands, they walk great on and off leashes and just have an overall better temperament/attutude. I would highly recommend Jeff to anybody looking for obedience training or gun dog training. Jeff truely cares about the dogs he trains. Jeff provides a great living facility and training grounds which makes the dogs very comfortable. As owners, Jeff shows you how to properly communicate and work with your dog so you have a smooth transition taking your dog back home. Thanks Jeff for all hard work. Braxton and Maddie are wonderful parts of our family.

We had always owned labs and my husband decided he wanted a German short hair pointer. Within months of owning him, having three young children and being pregnant, I told my husband the dog had to go! He was NUTS!!!! He was high energy, which is his temperament, but he didn’t listen, got into everything and was literally stressing me out to the max! My husband found Jeff and begged me to see if Jeff could fix him. I gladly signed him up for the 8 week session only because I wanted him out of my house!!!! Little did I know that 8 weeks later we would bring home the BEST dog we’ve ever owned!!! Decoy not only learned proper behavior, but he also came home ready to hunt. We did do an additional force fetch training where once again jeff worked his magic! Jeff is wonderful and we would highly recommend him to anyone!
