I have worked with Tess 12 years ago and her coaching and support was invaluable to my dog being so loving and well-behaved. She taught our dog (and our family) so many things that we still use to this day. As soon as my now puppy turned 12 weeks old, I reached out to Tess and was so excited to work with her again. She comes 3 times a week to my home, and has been really responsive to our individual and family needs. She would do differentiated sessions with our dog solo, with myself, with my 7 and 9 year old, and my entire family. She caters her instruction to the needs of the dog and our family which I really appreciate. She is responsive and very easy to work with. She also loves our puppy. She bought her puppy rings, toys and brings extra snacks at no cost. She also advised us on tools to purchase (specific dog bed) to support training that I now swear by. When our dog was attacked by two dogs and almost died, she was so concerned and one of our first points of contact. We knew we could rely on her to come be with her if one of us were out of town. She actually asked to visit and see her because she had missed her and wanted to make sure she was okay. Tess is special, and she truly loves working with dogs and their owners. While we still have an overjoyed puppy, I’m confident that under Tess’ work that she’ll be following expectations similar to my other dog.

We loved our results with our young Bouvier. Sir is just now turned 6 months and though he is full of energy, his discipline and training he has received is paying off. The training tips we have received are phenomenal and as you can see he has taken to his place platform very well.
