Stone Coast Dog Training

Christine is a true professional in every sense of the word. We just picked up our 6-month old golden retriever (Willie) after her second board-and-train stay with Christine, and it’s clear that Willie has developed a much stronger foundation of skills and a very clear understanding of what’s expected of her. She is walking on a loose leash like a champ, which is something we had really been struggling with on our own, despite our best efforts. Christine is very attentive, not just to the training needs of her clients, but also to the health, safety, and social needs of the dog. She also met our needs for human instruction, progress reports and a few photos while we were away, and she even sent us a video of her work with our dog. The first time we left Willie with Christine, she was only four months old, and we have never once worried about her well-being while in Christine’s care. We know that Willie is still an adolescent dog with a lot of growing left to do, but we are confident that she will be as well-trained as possible as long as Christine is still working with her (and us).

My rotti came back a changed man thanks to Christine! I was skeptical that he could be taught to listen so well in just the week that he was gone with her but I am absolutely amazed with how much better his behavior is upon coming home. In addition to that we felt very confident and safe leaving him with Christine over night for the week. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being very down to earth and easy to talk to and has experience with all kinds of dogs so my Rottweiler was not a concern to her as he might be to some others. The training facility was clean, professional and accommodating. We received texts and photos every day to let us know what had been going on and what good progress he was making. When we left, Christine walked us through what she’d been working on with him and made sure we understood what we needed to do to continue his progress at home. She reiterated many times how good he was and how much she enjoyed him (proud mama moment) and pet him through the car window before leaving. She did not treat him or us like just another client. I cannot recommend Christine and her program enough! Thank you for all that you did for Captain and thank you for your service as an Officer, Christine. We appreciate you so much!
