Strategic K-9 Training

I had made an appointment for my 4 month old puppy with Joe for an in home evaluation 3 weeks ago, as he was recommended by a friend. I sent payment and received a confirmation for today at 11:00 am. After waiting an hour, no one ever showed up. Five hours later, no contact from them except that they will refund my payment when I reached out through a second text . Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

We cannot say enough good things about Sydney! When we first started training with her, our dog Cannoli was showing signs of aggression, which we later learned was more about fear than anything else. Cannoli is 6 years old and very set in her ways, so we knew this wouldn’t be a quick fix like training a puppy. Sydney was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind—both to Cannoli and to us. She took the time to understand the root of the behavior, gave us practical tools to work with, and made every session positive and productive. The progress has been amazing, and Cannoli is well on her way to being the perfect dog we always knew she could be. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, knows her stuff, and can handle even the most stubborn cases, we couldn’t recommend Sydney enough!

I highly recommend Joe and this company, he worked with us and was extremely flexible. He listened to our issues and helped us focus on goals. He also recognized that our dog was slightly spoiled and we were very much to blame - - lol. Most importantly he gave us the tools to continue training our dog with confidence after our time was over. I’m so happy with the results! Betty is still our little princess ..but now she has some manners and we are going to keep improving on them. Thank you again!

Can’t recommend Strategic K9 enough! Our dog was showing signs of aggression (which is uncharacteristic for him). John came in and taught both my fiance and I how to mold a balance well trained dog. I’ve worked with a few trainers in the past, what i like the most about John is he came to our home and showed us the things that were problematic and causing confusing for our dog. In just a few short weeks we’ve noticed such a shift in our dog in such a positive way. I am confident with the tools and the knowledge John provided us we will continue to have a balanced well trained dog. - thank you
