Strutt Your Mutt

I have two elderly, rescue dogs. My german shepherd/chow has an extremely strong prey drive. Taking her on walks was at best horrible. Every cat and anything that remotely resembled a cat (rock in a shadow) became her absolute focus and I would go from being drug along to me doing my best to drag her along. My other dog, a German Spitz Klein, focused on birds and marking. Every 2-3 steps she'd stop to sniff and pee. Ugh ugh ugh. She also fixated on birds. When she saw a bird, barkbarkbark filled the air. She annoyed my new neighbours so much that one of them threatened to report her to the county as a nuisance dog. Enter Strut Your Mutt. Yay! My girls aren't perfect. They are older and thus more difficult to train, but through well-educated, professional, responsive and responsible care my girls learned new behaviours and became enjoyable to be around. Please be a responsible dog owner and have your dog go through Strut Your Mutt training. You won't regret the decision. Your family, friends, and neighbors will thank you :)

When we rescued our dog at 1 1/2 yo people decribed him as aggressive and he didn't listen well. I was never sure how he would react to other people based on his history. After going through Erika's board and train, he came back a new loveable dog. 2 years later he is still full of spirit and life! We have had so many compliments on what a well behaved dog he is!
