We had an outstanding experience with Sublime K9 and Kayla! Our young German Shepherd had some behavioral issues, and after trying training programs at other places that just didn’t stick, we were starting to feel discouraged. Sending him to Sublime K9 for the board and train program was the best decision we could have made.
Kayla was exceptional from start to finish. She communicated with us regularly throughout the entire process and sent frequent videos so we could see the progress our dog was making. As she described him during training it was evident she really got to "know" him and how to handle him. It was incredibly reassuring to watch the transformation happen and to know he was in such capable hands.
What really set this experience apart was the time Kayla spent with us when we picked him up. She gave a thorough re-acclimation lesson that helped us understand exactly how to support the structure and training she had put in place. It wasn’t just about training our dog—it was about teaching us how to continue that success at home.
The difference in our dog has been remarkable. He’s more focused, responsive, and confident, and we feel much more equipped as owners to continue supporting the training she was able to create.
We highly recommend Sublime K9 to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated trainer who truly cares about both the dogs and their owners. Kayla is fantastic!

Show up for my dog appointment this morning only to find that the store has moved with no warning or no not letting me know of the new location so I’m just sitting there and then I called their number and then the lady on the phone tries to give me directions very rudely and says do I just need to call the next appointment in not a very professional way to run a business

The transformation in our girl is amazing. Thank you Kayla Daniels and Sublime K9 Training & Boarding, LLC for everything you have done. Prior to her 3 week board and train I was ready to give up. She was stubborn, spastic (Kayla’s words), and just constantly wild! She is big and strong and made it almost impossible for us to control. We did not give up. I guess I can officially say that Tink has a true forever home with the Henderson’s. Kayla’s communication throughout the whole process has been superb. We have found our forever trainer and boarding facility! Not to mention the facilities and pricing are great!
