I do not recommend Sublime Canine in Jefferson County. I signed my dog up for six sessions and paid $600, driving 45 minutes each way every Wednesday. We specifically signed up to work with a certain trainer, and although she later decided to move on to another company, she was committed to finishing our sessions for consistency with our dog—which I greatly appreciated. However, today was our fifth session, and we arrived on time only to wait 15 minutes past our scheduled start. The owners refused to allow us into the training room, claiming they were running behind with the previous session, but no one ever came over to explain or communicate with us. This level of unprofessionalism has been a repeated issue, and I cannot recommend them. That said, I highly recommend Nichole as a trainer. She has done absolute wonders for our dog, Cleo, and we will continue to follow her wherever she goes.
