Suburbia Kennels and Training

As a first time dog owner, Renee and Tim helped me immensely with my dog Harley. She went in for a 2 week board and train for dog reactivity, and they worked with her daily on skills and confidence. When it was time for her to come home, they were upfront with how they would have wanted more progress, and instead of keeping her an extra week, she will be doing 2-3 sessions complimentary of the program. Honestly, they are one of the best programs in the area, and will work around your schedule and genuinely care about your dog. Would suggest them for anyone in the CNY area looking for a reasonably priced trainer.

I’ve known Tim about four years now and recently got to know Renee. We have participated in a number of AKC FastCat events together. Tim and Renee helped run the event in Clayton as they are involved members of the North Country Kennel Club. While I have yet to use their training service as I’m south for the winter I’m going to have them help train my dog in the spring as a service dog. Wishing them well for their business. Just wanted to share I visited a couple time before and no one was around though being during normal hours of, operation. Earlier this month, when someone was finally seemingly there I heard loud blood curdling screaming through the door and decided against entering. I decided to do a little investigation on the business I come to find at least one of the trainers are giving false claims to the training they have done for dog training. Claiming to be an stsk9 alumni on their sight I reached out to stsk9 for comment and they confirmed Timothy is indeed NOT someone who has completed their training. Also recently came across their Facebook post about them stealing and trapping others dogs Please please please think of your babies and do your research before leaving them at this business! also see pictures below for more information about claims made
