SumDog K9 Training & Boarding

Just wanted to share this with anyone needing dog boarding in the Autauga/Elmore County area. We boarded our two rough coat collies at SumDog for several days over the recent July 4th holiday. We had a wonderful experience. Our collies are litter mates and a bonded pair; they were allowed to be together during their stay. They were well cared for and kept safe during an intense heat wave. Summer sent us pics for our peace of mind that showed them adjusting to and enjoying their stay. Thank you so much Summer! We would highly recommend SumDog k9 training & boarding for anyone in need of this service.

I have trained beside and competed against Summer for years. I have watched her improve in her training. She is very good at understanding all types of dogs and their needs. Never one to give up on new ideas to improve herself and gain confidence in dogs. The added bonus if you ever compete with her and are injured she will jump in to run your pup.. Thanks Summer!!! If only you lived closer I would not hesitate to come to you.

I cannot express how incredibly happy we were to leave our dogs with Summer & Daphne. We have a full bred Aussie & a Aussie/Golden that we have done a board & train (elsewhere) without much success & left the Aussie with possibly more anxiety than before (so boarding and meeting new people can be very challenging & he comes off as aggressive). We got photos of the dogs enjoying their time (probably more than they enjoy time at home lol) with Summer while boarding & our Aussie seemed very happily attached to Summer when we picked them up! Not only would we only prefer to use Summer for boarding in the future, but we plan to schedule some training with her since she is incredibly knowledgeable about dog training and different breeds.
