Frances is one of those people you meet that seem like you've known them forever! She is incredibly kind, fun, approachable, patient and completely down to earth all the while being a very dedicated, skilled, and highly professional instructor and dog trainer. My puppies and I attended puppy and adult training classes, and they fell in love with her! (She always has the best treats, too!!!) Frances made every class informative, interesting and fun! I was so grateful she took things slowly with the pet parents. I'm one of those people that need to hear something over and over and over again. Frances was a delight! She made training so much fun. Our baby, Meatball, absolutely adores Frances and had so much fun in the classes. Frances provided clear instructions, answered all questions, and made interactive games for the pups. She is extremely knowledgeable and we’re so thankful for her help! We have already seen huge improvements in our guy. He went from jumping all over guests and ignoring us, to now he’s (excitedly) greeting our guests without running them over!
