I'd give him 0 stars if Google would let me. I took my(at the time) 9 month old German Shepherd to him for his 2 week board and training program. My boy showed no agressive behavior before I left him with Dan. After the 2 week program, the moment I got my dog back, he looked so uneasy and nervous. As I was doing my at home training, every time I put the prong collar on he would yawn, cower and act like nothing I've ever seen out of him before. The first follow up training session afterwards with Dan he couldn't be present and his wife comes out to do the session. As she approaches him, he is barking and nervous, that doesn't stop her as she ignores all warning signs and reaches directly for his face... Yep, he but her arm, laid down and just looked at me like I had brought him back to hell. I called Dan the following day, and his response of the situation was, "I don't know what you want me to do about it." Then I pull a "Get a choke collar and lift him off the ground with it to fix this" out of him. We gave up and told him no more. A good amount of deescalation training at home, my little dude is as friendly as can be again. Beware, I'm not sure what he did to my pup during those two weeks, but it took me a lot longer to fix what caused my dog to be fearful and nervous around strangers. Complete waste of money
