Get ready to hear about a superhero transformation! I've got to give a massive shoutout to the Superhero Dog Academy in SLC for turning my reactive Australian Shepard, Dingo, into a dog worth fighting for. When I started working with Libby and her team, I was ready to throw in the towel. Dingo had bitten several family members, and his severe attachment issues made it tough to manage him. The beginning of our training was a rocky road. Despite Libby's warning that she couldn't magically change Dingo's temperament, I was still disappointed with the initial results. He was still reactive and tough to handle for the first few months. And with the high cost of the training, I wanted to see some serious results. But I kept working with Dingo... Fast forward six months, and Dingo has made significant progress. Even when we can't avoid uncomfortable situations, he's doing incredible. He may not be the exact dog I envisioned, but he's amazing and I have Libby and her team to thank for giving me the tools to be a better dog owner. It did take me some time to warm up to some of Libby's techniques. She recommended doing things that I didn't want to do, like using a really long leash to take Dingo to the park. At first, it seemed cumbersome, and I preferred a smaller leash. But then winter hit, and I discovered that the long leash was a game-changer. It gave Dingo more options to sniff and find engagement, and he was less determined to pull me into snowbanks on our walks. I can confidently say that I have transformed into a superhero dog owner worthy of a superhero dog. So if you're struggling with your furry friend, give the Superhero Dog Academy a try. You won't regret it!

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Superhero Dog Academy. We started training with Libby a year ago after we adopted Scout, our Aussie, who has serious reactivity issues. We felt strongly we wanted a positive reinforcement trainer to help us. Libby has given us the tools to help him not be scared of everything. So many times when we’ve gone to training feeling like we haven’t done enough, and she’ll tell us what a great job we’re doing and how much we’re helping Scout. It’s great to be able to text her and get quick advice or send her an update. Not only has Libby been amazing but we’ve also loved all of her assistants. I cannot recommend this training program enough.

We love the Superhero Dog Academy and Auntie Libby! We were introduced to Libby and her team via family who had a dog who needed some serious training and support -- watching the positive transformation that occurred with that dog was incredible. As a result, we knew when we got our puppy this summer, that Superhero Dog Academy would be the place we would go for training. Libby has been so patient and clear with her training tips for our high energy puppy. She is incredibly responsive with all of our questions and needs. Our dog is truly a superhero and we feel so much more confident with his training with Libby's guidance and support. We have learned so much from her. And now we send our cute boy to the new Superhero Dog Academy facility for doggie daycare! While there, our dog is well cared for, gets lots of structured playtime along with naps and positive reinforcement for good behavior. He comes home so tired and happy. It's the best!
