This place is absolutely magical. The entire staff is very attentive and really help plan out the needs for you and your pup. Pierre was with them for the 6 week training program due to his reactivity and I am kicking myself for not starting sooner. Has been almost 2 months since he graduated and we reinforce their teachings everyday. They are even available to help once the training is done if you need anything supplemental. Otto and his team have been invaluable in benefitting our lifestyle and home by supporting our dog, Sunny. If you’re trying to decide whether or not to sign your dog up for this program, just do it! We cannot recommend this program enough! Otto and his team have completely transformed our dog Sunny’s life - and ours. We were overwhelmed with our dog’s anxiety and impulsiveness, and honestly didn’t know if we’d ever be able to truly trust him or have the calm, connected relationship we all aspire to have with our pets. From day one, Otto and his team showed incredible patience, expertise, and genuine care. This team is aptly named supreme. Top quality. Best in class. Working with them was an absolute game changer for me and my dog, and easily the best decision I’ve made in my life as a dog owner. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to improve their relationship with their dog. Trust the team. Trust the process. Do the work. You 100% will see results. My dog: 1.5yr mini dachshund, sweet but stubborn and spicy. Issues included resource guarding which was leading to some aggression/snappiness. Also very anxious around people, other dogs, and new places. Me: overwhelmed by information overload and contradictory advice, feelings of failure and shame and hopelessness for being unable to figure out how to make things better The program: 4-week day school Imagine the perfect trainer. I assure you this team is better. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, transparent, communicative… People come to them with problems to address, but they do so much more than that. They get to know your pup, figure out what he specifically responds to, then build a really solid foundation of skills, commands, and behaviors to give him the structure he needs to succeed. Crucially, they also train *you*, the owner. The owner sessions are invaluable -- the team catches you up on what your dog learned that week, but explain in careful detail how they learned it, walk you through the training process for those skills so you can continue the training yourself to solidify them. They patiently answer your questions and address your concerns, and make no mistake — they LOVE your dog. Their love of what they do is obvious and is no doubt a reason they are so incredibly effective. They are thoughtful and *intentional*. There is a solid reason behind everything they do — the skills they train, the sequence in which they train them, the tools they use and how they use them. It’s methodical and it WORKS. I understand so much better how to communicate successfully with my dog to encourage obedience and correct him firmly but fairly when issues arise. Both my dog and I are infinitely more confident now than we were at the start of this process. His anxiety is at an all time low, his skills have improved in every area (obedience, impulse control, leash manners, etc) and problem interactions (ex. resource guarding) have dramatically reduced. I went from feeling like a failing dog parent to feeling certain I have the knowledge and tools I need to continue my dog’s training journey and build on everything he learned from this experience. We love Supreme K9, they've done an amazing job with training our golden retriever puppy Cooper! After helpful discussions with Artemis we enrolled Cooper in their Puppy Fundamentals course - we loved getting updates from Otto, Evan, Dina and Keidy on how Cooper was progressing with the basics, and we found the in-person sessions to be incredibly helpful so we can continue to practice with Cooper at home. We now have Cooper signed up consistently for the Supreme K9 "Train and Play" offering and will be enrolling him in Day School once he's old enough! Truly cannot thank Otto, Artemis, and the entire Supreme K9 team enough for all their help as we navigate the world with a new puppy who is eager to learn and full of puppy energy! I would recommend Supreme K9 to anyone who is considering training for their pup or are in need of a top-tier daycare solution.

This is going to be a lengthy and long due review, so buckle up! We first came to Otto in June of 2024 to get some private training sessions for our rescue, Zoey. While she is the most wonderful fur baby, at the time she was struggling a lot with obedience, reactivity and confidence issues. All three of us fell instantly in love with Otto's training philosophy, the studio, and the way that the entire team worked with the dogs and their parents. After one week of implementing the corrections that Otto taught us, we were out of words with how much Zoey had "changed", and after our last lesson she was such a different dog than the one we adopted back in January. Because of this, later in the year we came back to Otto to do some more extensive off-leash training, which up until this day we can proudly say it works. I cannot describe how much happier and sillier Zoey became after her training, and every time we see Otto she goes BEZERK for him no matter how long it's been since the last time they've seen each other. If a dog loves their trainer the same way or even more than you, then clearly they are doing something right. Now, here's the "caveat": this is not a magic trick, and there are no cheat sheets. As dog parents, we are extremely aware that the responsibility falls on us, and not on Zoey. If we don't put the effort, we cannot expect an outcome for something that we didn't work for. If you expect results, it is up to you as a dog parent to follow through all the things that Otto and his team teach you. All of this to say that I can guarantee you that Otto will deliver, but any and all future outcomes depend on us as owners and our consistency with the training. I don't have high enough words nor praises to describe how much Otto and his team have helped us and countless other doggies. They care so incredibly much for all of their clients alike, and if I could give you one advice, is to listen to him (and the team) and put in the work. I can guarantee you, you will not regret it!
