It was a pleasure to be a part of Swan Family Dog Training. Before Stephen, we had a crazy reactive 90lb+ German Shepard that we were too scared to take ANYWHERE. We came to Stephen with a dog we were regretting. What we came out with was an amazing, happy and obedient dog. We thought it was too late for him but Stephen showed us that it wasn’t. We really appreciate his method of showing and not just saying. We were tired of family members thinking they were Cesar Millan and could barely handle their own dogs. Stephen showed us what someone who truly understands dogs can do. He truly does care for every single one of the dogs under his training as each dog get specific training catered to there breed, personality, and owner’s need. My favorite thing about the entire training was being taught the tools to maintain and replicate his hard work.
We would recommend him today, tomorrow, and yesterday! Thanks for what you did for Fenrir Stephen!

Stephen is awesome.
I brought him my 9 Mo. Old puppy (Rocco)and having gone through open heart surgery two weeks prior I needed an obedient dog and Stephen did just that.
I am very grateful for his knowledge on how to train me to better handle my pup.

There are plenty of positive reviews about the training. The issue for me is financial.
I was not able to do the training for my dog after I sustained a personal injury. I had already submitted a $ 1,000 deposit.
Nowhere on the Swan website does it say I cannot get my deposit back, nor has anyone ever told me.
Now it is weeks and months of calling, emailing and even texting them — AND THEY WON'T EVEN REPLY.
It's not even a normal way to run a business. They won't even have a conversation with me.
STILL NO RESOLUTION.
NOT "SORTED OUT".
December 16 and no resolution.

I utilized this trainer with my now 4.5 yr old Great Dane, Captain….as a senior citizen bringing a puppy into my home that I knew would quickly outweigh me I was determined that I would do my best to give both him and I the best chance for success….Captain did “sleep away camp” and is the best dog I could ever imagine…..not only was Captain trained but I learned how to be the pack leader, a job I had never been the best at performing…..our “training” was the absolute best money I could ever have spent….to this day my grown children still marvel at me having the “best trained dog” in the family….if I could give a million stars ⭐️ I would.
