I currently have my 5 year old Chocolate Lab and my puppy Lab mix with Sylvia's K9 training. My family and I are so very grateful for her knowledge and approach. We're only 2 sessions in and we can already see the difference. She's kind and patient and has a ton of experience. It's not so much dog training as it is people training ha! Watching her and her dogs has given us a clear understanding what we want with our dogs... we appreciate her and look for to our training sessions every week. Definitely a 10/10!

Sylvia’s long list of professional certifications, associations and credentials provided us with confidence in her ability to help us with our exuberant and strong Golden Retriever puppy, Maja. We are Seniors and were losing our confidence that our relationship with Maja would be a happy co-existence. Finding Sylvia has changed that. Sylvia’s knowledge of dog behavior and human interactions is remarkable. She has devoted her time to not only “train” Maja but more importantly train us! She observes, directs, models and practices with us the techniques, commands and consistency needed to interact in clear and reliable ways with our pup. Safety is a primary concern – for both us humans and for Maja. She is able to use analogies for us to understand her canine behavior as well as our own and the consequences as well as potential dangers. In addition to coming to our home, she also met us at local community settings to address environmental challenges. Sylvia has followed up with each training session, checking in to see how things are going and providing instructional tips, videos, resources and advice on specific equipment, nutrition and play suggestions.

Coming from a 10-year career as an athlete, I am used to working with coaches who are laser-focused on the goal and serious about their trainees' success. That is the exact definition of Sylvia Eberlei’s approach. She doesn't 'baby' the owners or the dogs; she understands what dogs are truly capable of—both the good and the bad. With eagle eyes, she identifies exactly what is happening in the dynamic between dog and handler. This is my sixth dog—a rescue Australian Shepherd from a high prey drive bloodline. While he’s sweet at home, he was becoming incredibly reactive around other dogs. Having worked with many trainers over the years, I can say confidently that Sylvia is the best. Now our dog turns to us for guidance, instead of relying on his impulses. Whether your dog is big or small, she will give you the tools for a healthy, lifelong relationship!

I hired Sylvia Eberlei of Sylvias K9 Service to guide me to train my Doberman Pinscher on a few issues. It was absolutely incredible to me that after only 20 mins, Sylvia had my dog doing exactly what he was supposed to be doing! She is a superior dog trainer & human motivator and as far as I’m concerned. I was not surprised when she told me she has been training dogs for over 55 years, because she has got it down to a science. Sylvia has 4 dogs of her own and you should see how they do exactly what she tells them. No matter what the distraction is. My dog has been doing great in the issues I needed help with. I have learned so much from Sylvia and I’m very happy Ito have found her. I plan on getting more lessons for additional behavioral training very soon. Sylvia is by far the best human coach, dog trainer, dog behaviorist & dog psychologist I have ever come across! I was so glad to have found her.
