Since I posted my original review after I saw the interaction, I received a letter from this company, and I believe it was from Tim. This further reinforces my stance against supporting him. He went to the trouble of looking me up, finding my address, and sending me a letter. I would not trust him.

Tim told me to write a one star review. Do not go to him if you have mental health issues or are going through anything traumatic. Just a slight update for anyone wanting an honest review. I still stand by the fact that you should not go to him if you are struggling with mental illness. Communication with him is important and he will treat you like absolute garbage if you do not meet his standards of communication. If he gives you the promise of a full refund if you are not satisfied, he is not speaking the truth. I have asked for a refund since the end of my dogs training and received excuses and radio silence afterwards.

Absolutely transformative. I reached out for help with my dogs and received guidance that changed everything in our home. I had a consultation appointment with Synergy Cane 9 I met with Tim at First. I was a little hesitant about the training because I have already invested and paid two other trainers a lot of money with no results. I felt a little hopeless and unsure also I had to drive an hour to his place when I met him, he was very Strick, assertive and disciplined. I received a lot of great advice. I’m glad I decided to meet with him. I feel confident he will be able to help me and my dog Yogi I receive more information. On this one consultation appointment than I did with a pay 12 sessions that I paid the other trainer I look forward with working with Tim
