I'd like to start by saying how amazing Alex is! However due to unfortunate circumstances with how we were treated by Jenny, we will no longer be utilizing their services. I was shocked how rude a person can be to someone especially during a paid service being provided. Due to this treatment, we were hesitant on how our puppy would be treated while under their supervision and pulled our 2 week boarding at the last minute. I hope the attitude towards future clients gets better. I do wish them the best however as Jenny is a great trainer. *Update* I do wish you guys well with your training once again.

We had an awful experience with Genny. The worst experience with a business in recent memory. Alex was wonderful. However, I’m absolutely shocked at the way this business is run. The owner, Genny, treated me with the most absolute disrespect in my own home and at her facility. Belittling me for petting my own dog as is if I was supposed to know you’re not allowed to pet your dog during training. Also, provided several recommended “tools” for training and scolded me for using the training collar- which she recommended- on my dog. I’m certain the reply to this review will be completely bogus and gas lighting. She acts like if you don’t obey her and follow her rules- which she doesn’t even speak of until you supposedly break them- that you will have the worst dog on the planet. She treats you as if you’re a 3 year old who knows nothing, but actually worse. She is mistakenly wrong on her approach and the general complete disregard for speaking to people in a normal, respectful way. Completely unacceptable and I hope that they change. She even called us after her inappropriate behavior at my own home and was still incredibly aggressive and inappropriate, which we expressed and still no apology as if she’s detached from reality. Two days before going on a 2 week trip she acted this way when we were supposed to board our dog with them. Previously for doggy daycare a week earlier when my husband picked up our dog at 4pm our puppy hadn’t been fed lunch, and judging by how long our dog urinated he had been caged all day. Highly do not recommend unless you want to be talked to like you know nothing about anything and want to have a terrible experience. After the review reply: there is nothing to clarify and we were not asked to leave training. After Genny being unable to hold a normal conversation without being incredibly disrespectful at our house and leaving, she called us saying she wanted to work with us. We said multiple times it was not a good fit, for which she continued her abusive rant. Who knew there was a 10 minute policy? Lots of “rules” not at all communicated. And scolding my child, clearly she’s unable to deal with any other dynamic than a dog. Households often have children. A complete joke. The most unprofessional business I’ve experienced in years. Take feedback, apparently we aren’t the only ones with this experience. She told us multiple times we’ll fail with our dog. The only one to fail is this business for treating clients and their dogs terribly. Also, my dog’s food wasn’t a treat, he’s a growing Doberman that needs to be fed 3x per day. Great to hear he was last on the list to go out to the bathroom and that you have inadequate staff.

This is an excellent training facility! My wife and I have been working through their program with our puppy and are thrilled with the progress he is making! The trainers are kind and able to adapt to the need of each specific breed. The classes teach the basic foundational skills and then build upon them in an intuitive way that helps develop both dog and trainer. The experience has been outstanding and we will continue through the offered classes as they are incredibly fun and are very effective in training our young energetic puppy!

I am so happy that I met Alex for an agility class in the beginning of February and then joined them for a Pack Walk. They were genuinely kind and knowledgeable which led me to sign up my 2 year old Australian Shepherd for basic obedience. She's always been a sweet girl, but she was quick to ignore my commands. Since finishing basic obedience our relationship as thrived and she's still sweet, but listens well and is at a point where her place training and recall are solid. We can't wait to continue to learn and grow with Szegi Haus K9!
