I did the 3 week program with my dog who’s very reactive to other dogs. Of course 3 weeks isn’t enough to train my stubborn boy, but it was a good start. Ken was very informative & patient with me & my dog. The only thing was, for our last session, I guess Ken forgot I had an appointment with him so another trainer stepped in & continued our last session. I forgot his name but he was super good too. It was just kind of unprofessional to forget a training session & not even reach out to me to apologize for it.

Dre entered the board and train program on 11/6/23, set to return home on 11/27/23. From the moment he stepped back into our lives, it was clear that something magical had happened at Taggs. Dre emerged as a new dog, maintaining his lovable and happy-go-lucky spirit, but now with an added layer of manners and impeccable training. Saying goodbye to the Taggs team was bittersweet, as it was evident that Dre had not only been trained but had also enjoyed every moment of it. The real proof of Taggs' expertise shone through during a visit to Enchant Christmas Paws and Claws just one week after training completion. Amidst hundreds of other dogs, Dre displayed an incredible level of composure, remaining focused on us until given permission to greet others. This was a complete turnaround from his previous behavior of pulling at the leash and dragging us through the park. A massive shoutout to Ken, Thomas, Eric, Simone, and the entire Taggs family for their unwavering dedication and expertise in transforming our "Freight Train" into a well-mannered canine companion. The results speak volumes, and our outings are now a joyous experience thanks to the Taggs touch.
